Most searched landlords with most buildings in Ditmas Park

This page covers 61 owners and managers — who they are, what renters say about them, and what the city has on file. That combination can help you focus your research on owners and managers with substantial building responsibility whose profiles renters look up often. Use the listings as a starting point for checking a specific Ditmas Park property, not as a substitute for reviewing its address and management history.

Compare renter reviews with the buildings associated with each profile and relevant city records. Search results show which profiles are looked up often, while building responsibility reflects the number of buildings attributed to a landlord. Neither measure alone establishes how a particular rental will be managed.
