Openigloo home

Most reviewed and most searched landlords in Flatbush

You can compare 46 most reviewed and most searched landlords in Flatbush on reviews, portfolio size and open-data history. This can help you focus your rental research on owners and managers whose profiles attract renter attention or reviews. “Most reviewed” refers to landlords with the most renter reviews on Openigloo, while “most searched” refers to landlords whose profiles renters look up most often. Those signals can guide which profiles to examine, but they do not establish whether a particular home is right for you.

Compare the reviews with portfolio information and open-data history, and look for details relevant to the specific Flatbush building you are considering. Read review accounts for recurring issues and note when they were posted. Search activity reflects profile interest, not renter satisfaction, and public records may not show every aspect of a building’s condition or management.

What to check before renting from most reviewed and most searched landlords in Flatbush

  • Check whether reviews describe the same building or management issues you want to investigate.
  • Compare the dates of review accounts to understand when renters reported their experiences.
  • Use portfolio information to see which buildings or properties are associated with a landlord.
  • Treat profile searches as a measure of renter interest, not as a rating of service.
  • Review available open-data history alongside renter accounts for additional building context.
